Superfriendly staff and marvellous location to everything so lovely, everything was perfect.

Me and my daughter we greatly enjoyed the room, it was immaculate and bright. Central heating, iron and ironing board, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels were there too.

En suite room, airy in good condition. Extremely friendly and very informative staff in the whole hotel. Family ambience.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and lovely, had excellent staff and airy rooms. The location was marvellous because it was close enough to the seaside, South Pier, tram stops, the Sandcastle and the Pleasure Beach, and the promenade. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Select sandwiches that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The bed was lovely, and the room itself was nice. All the services were excellent. Moreover, we had great internet.

Gorgeous and spotlessly clean hotel, the staff who served us were excellent, and it had magnificent location close to the tram links that make it easy to go up-and-down the promenade. The food was good and the breakfast was savoury and delicious.

Every time in Blackpool we stay in this hotel. We greatly enjoyed this place, it's great and absolutely amazing. Really helpful and attentive staff ensures you spend a just perfect time here.

We loved the location of the hotel, it was right near South pier and just a stone's throw away from the water park and pleasure beach. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with a TV, shower room, and plenty of storage. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was amazing, with a full English, plenty of cereals, pastries, fruit. Highly recommend!

Some rooms can be a bit small and you may hear noise from upstairs, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.

That was what I call fantastic base for holiday. I liked the hotel, everything was fine with a family atmosphere. The service was excellent, I had 2 great nights here. The property had a peaceful location quite a walk from Grosvenor Casino Blackpool.

Recommend this property to all. The hotel is perfectly clean, nestled in the very very good building with amazing staff. It is in unbeatable location to The Wave, set next to the venue.
